Maintains hotel training library.管理饭店培训资料室。4. Recommends hotel training courses for staff to the Training Manager.向各部门经理推荐部门培训课程。5. Develops training manuals and courses.制订常规培训手册和培训课程。6. Maintains training records of staff at different levels.按级别对员工培训记录归档。7. Assists the Training Manager develop training policies and procedures.协助人力资源部经理作培训制度和程序。8. Conducts new associate orientation.对新员工进行入店介绍。2. Conducts English and general hotel skills training.作饭店英语和饭店综合技能培训。3. Conducts hotel courtesy training.作饭店礼貌培训。4. Plans, organizes, implements, conducts and evaluates training programs to the training needs of the Hotel.制订并完善培训规划,并结合饭店情况作评估。· Prepares training materials and posters.收集培训资料和海报。· Collates and compiles training materials.校对并整理培训资料。· Conducts orientation program for new associates.对新员工作入店介绍。· Assists in conducting in-house generic training programs (for example, Courtesy, Deportment, Personnel Grooming, and Communication Skills) for staff.协助制综合培训计划,如:礼貌,行为举止,仪容仪表和交流技巧等。· Assists in maintaining the staff training records.协助对员工培训记录归档。· Conducts evaluation on the effectiveness of training programs.对培训规程作评估。· Ensures that the standard of English Language used by hotel staff meet the expectations of the guests and the Management.提高员工英语水平,以便达到客人与饭店的要求。5. Ensures the coordination of staff training activities.确保员工培训工作的有序进行:· Collects training information and disseminates it to concerned department heads and supervisors.汇总培训日程安排,并通知相关部门经理和部门主管。· Liaise with department supervisors and managers in the implementation of on-the-job departmental training.与各部门主管和经理协调,完善员工的在岗培训。· Participates in departmental training activities.参与部门培训课程。6. Monitors the usage of training aids.管理培训辅助设备的使用:· Issues and monitors the usage of the training aids.负责管理培训辅助设备的使用。· Responsible for the daily inspection and distribution of training rooms, that they are in good order, with the desired room set-up and training aids as required.每日负责合理分配培训教室的使用,并确保培训教室的整洁,设备安放到位。7. Assists in any other duties as may be assigned.协助完成其它任务。8. Monitors training for new associates, keeps records and reports to the Assistant Training Manager weekly.监督新员工的培训,每周向人力资源部副经理汇报培训报告并归档保存记录。9. Conducts retraining programs and information for currently employed staff.制订并监督员工重复培训计划。10. Monitors present and future training trends, practices and system that is beneficial for hotel staff and recommends to the Training Manager for implementation.注意培训发展趋势,向人力资源部副经理建议作相应的调整,从而提高饭店员工素质。11. Looks after the safekeep of electronic equipment.合理使用和维护电子教学设备。COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES商业职责Assists in the improvement of staff work performance as well as develop better service initiative for hotel guests.增进饭店的服务质量,提高员工工作水平。HUMAN RESPONSIBILITIES人事职责1. Able to maintain high standard of performance and conduct. 遵守饭店纪律与行为规范。2. Assists the Assistant Training Manager to implement and monitor staff relations and motivation through the training program in the hotel. 协助人力资源部副经理做好促进员工关系、调动员工积极性的工作。3. Coaches hotel staff as needed in basic skill development, career planning, and training. 就岗位选择方面作好饭店员工的指导工作。4. Assists the Assistant Human Resources Manager in coordinating and executing associate social, athletic and recreational programs and facilities. 协助人力资源部副经理组织员工的社交,文体活动。5. Motivates trainees. 调动培训员与员工的积极性。6. Disseminates information regarding training activities, special skill improvement programs. 对员工就组织员工活动,饭店人事政策和程序作及时准确地宣传。
