Be familiar with and master the contents of the menu and beverage list, and be able to explain them in detail to guests.

Check the product knowledge of employees at any time during work.

Assist colleagues in the bar and kitchen when necessary and complete the tasks assigned by the manager.
在必要的时候协助酒吧及厨房的同事,并完成经理交与的任务。
Make sure that all employees are informed in advance of their work shifts, as well as the reservation status and activities for today's shifts.
确认所有的员工都提前了解自己工作的班次以及今天班次的预定情况和活动。
Understand the budget for food, beverages, labor costs and other miscellaneous item costs of the entire catering department.
了解整个餐饮部的食品,饮料,工资成本及其他杂项目成本的预算。
Ensure the review of each shift, shift handover and the holding of regular meetings.
确保每个班次的回顾,交接班及例会的召开。
Ensure that all materials, equipment and machines are used reasonably and cleaned regularly to extend their service life.
确保所有的物资,设备和机器都合理使用,并且定期清理,以便延长使用寿命。
Maintain the consistent quality of the restaurant's catering, service, cleaning, etc.
保持餐厅的餐饮/服务/清洁等质量始终如一。
During operation, we adopt guests' feedback to ensure that they are pleasantly surprised.

Be responsible for completing other tasks assigned by the leader.

Position requirements岗位要求
College degree or above, majoring in hotel management, tourism management or related fields is preferred.
大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先。
More than 1 year of relevant job experience and more than 2 years of full-time restaurant service experience in star-rated hotels.
1年以上相关岗位工作经验,2年以上星级酒店全日制餐厅服务工作经验。
Be familiar with relevant knowledge of Chinese and Western cuisine.
熟悉相关中西餐知识。
Have a good service spirit and communication skills.
有较好的服务精神和沟通技巧。
