1. Functions as the strategic business leader of the property's food and beverage/culinary operation, including Restaurants/Bars, Room Service and Banquets/Catering, where applicable.
2. Position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives.
3. The position ensures the food and beverage/culinary operation meets the brand's target customer needs, ensures employee satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department.
4. Develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand's target customer and property employees and provides a return on investment.

•Ensure that your team delivers quality services, both in the production of customer service at all points of sale in the hotel.
•Ensure the correct operation of the various services in your department.
•Effective leadership of all department managers.
•Motivate and create a team spirit in all sections of the Food and Beverage.
•Ensure that the profitability of your department is consistent.
•Ensure that the health and safety regulations are complied with and applied in the department, especially HACCP standards.
•Ensure that there is compliance with the work legislation in Food and Beverage departments.

Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
•Proficient in English conversation;
•Working experience in international five-star hotel is preferred;
•Master the knowledge of tourism marketing, sales, sociology and hotel management;
•Strong social activity ability, organizational leadership and practical work ability;
•熟练的英文会话能力;
•国际联号五星级酒店工作经历优先;
•掌握旅游市场学、销售学、社会学和酒店管理学知识;
•较强的社会活动能力,组织领导力和实际工作能力。
