· Perform daily andweekly sanitary inspection, and follow up the changes according to theinspection results

· To ensure theefficient scheduling of supervisors and associates.

· To be responsible forthe accurate supervision of the associate time control and payroll systems byworking with Accounting and HRD.

· To develop andimplement Supervisor & Associate training plans on a monthly and quarterlybasis in conjunction with HRD.

· To implement adepartmental daily “15 Minute” training program.

· To be responsible forthe execution of Associate reviews, ensuring appraisals in a professional andtimely manner.

· To supervise allaspects of Associate management including hiring and discipline in conjunctionwith the Executive Chef.

· To conduct aneffective monthly Associate meeting with minutes and P&A forwarded to theGM, ExecutiveChef, Director of F&B and HRD.

· To be responsible formaintaining outlet safety at all times.
