JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for comprehensive Chinese food
cooking operation .Design and manufacture of Chinese menu, establish quality
standards for all dishes on the menu, and properly handle and store all raw
materials according to the standards. Coordinate all food purchases and
implement the hotel's food cost and labor cost standards.

To deal with the implementation of hotel
