【任职条件】
1、服务员应具有较熟练的服务操作技巧和热情礼貌、耐心周到的服务态度。
2、良好的思想道德品质,纪律性强,服务观念好。
3、有责任心、进取心和热情主动的工作态度。
4、有一定的沟通能力。
5、有一定的英语水平。
【工作职责】
1.保持良好的仪表仪容及个人卫生。
2.做好开餐前的各项准备工作,在主管安排的工作区域内为客人提供热情、礼貌的服务。
3.在为客人点菜、上菜、清洁桌面、结帐的服务过程中,要彬彬有礼,热情周到。
4.要仔细留意客人在用餐过程中的动态和需要,随时提供必要或特别的服务。
5.遇到客人投诉时,应及时向部长以上的主管汇报。
6.帮助客人结账。
7.顾客离开餐厅后,迅速清理用过的餐具,重新摆设餐桌。
8.餐具摆设前,要重新检查并确保干净、无破损,随时保持餐厅环境及各项用具的整洁。
9.结束营业后清点布草做好登记,次日到布草房换领干净的布草。
10.完成餐厅主管分配的其他工作任务。
