1、Establishes effective talent relations and maintains the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of departments and Talents.

2、Takes orders, promotes outlet’s specials and serves in accordance to the established standard.
负责下订单,推销部门特色菜,按照既定的标准服务客人。
3、Carry out pre-service duties and mis-en-place.
做好服务前的岗前职责和准备工作。
4、Ensure grooming and general appearance of talent conforms to Hotel standards.
确保人才的仪容仪表符合酒店标准。
5、Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.
确保所有的设施和操作设备处于良好的工作状态。
6、Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding beverage and services.
关注客人关于饮料和服务的投诉,请求或询问。
7、Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks, discusses the same with the Manager.
保留合理的销售记录,在合适的记录本上记录客人投诉、解决办法及所涉及人员或设备,并与经理讨论。
