主要职责 Primary Responsibilities :
1、要熟练了解食品准备方法及其它方面的知识,以便向客人推荐各种饮料。
Suggests beverages ~ to be well versed with menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.
2、保持工作场地及餐具室内物品的齐全、干净、整洁。
Maintains cleanliness and mise-en-place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation.
3、结束服务后,要清理桌面上所有的脏物。
Cleans all spillage during service time and at closing.
4、熟悉掌握所有酒水、配方及装饰的知识,以便向客人推荐各种酒水。
Suggests beverages and food, where appropriate ~ to be well versed with all beverages, cocktails, method of preparation and garnishes.
