【任职条件】1、             有良好的职业道德和自信心,责任心强2、             有工作责任感和开拓进取精神3、     热情有礼,性格开朗4、     大专或以上学历,中、英文听、说、写达到一定水平(英语CET4或以上),能阅读并理解客人的邮件并回复,能与客人对话5、     有自信心,有一定的沟通能力,有协助精神6、     熟悉电脑基本操作,熟练掌握中、英文打字   【工作职责】1、     按照工作标准接听及处理客人的查询、预订电话2、     跟办预订的更改及取消3、     按照工作标准及时发出订房确认书4、     把散客、团体的订房资料正确输入电脑5、     打印团体订房资料及重要贵宾入住资料并派发到相关部门6、      将客人要求信贷的资料送交财务部审批7、      负责传真的收发,文件的复印8、   订房部已与客务中心合并,需上三班
