Basic Function基本职责
Responsible for managing and implementing the hotel’s reservation and room sales strategy by maintaining an accurate and up-to-date reservation system database. Responsible for the analysis of revenue, profit, and demand associated with the hotel’s rooms and function space inventory. Take responsibility for preparation of forecasts (budgets and projections). Prepare analysis of progress to budget, projections, and forecasts. Take responsibility for critiques of sales strategy effectiveness. Prepare analysis of revenue and profit opportunity (Historical and future). Develops and/or utilizes analytical tools and systems toward the goal of maximizing total hotel revenue and profit. Serve as a demand expert to the person performing the Business Evaluation and Inventory Management functions.

Job Specification工作要求
1. College degree in business administration or related discipline.
大学商课毕业或相关专业。
2.5 year’s experience in reservations management in an international hotel standard.
5年的国际酒店预定管理经验。
3.Strong oral and communication skill.
出众的口才和沟通技能。
4.Dedicated, systems-orientated and personable.
外表端庄,容易熟悉酒店系统,具有敬业精神。
5.In-depth understanding of CRS operations, rate and yield management and channel distribution.
熟知中央订房系统,房价、收益管理和订房分发系统。
