Responsible for the efficient operation of all food and beverage sanitation by ensuring that the Food and Beverage Department’s sanitation policies and company policies are followed while maintaining a high degree of associate satisfaction.
1. Responsible in achieving the room and cateringsales objectives of his/her markets and business segments.
负责实现自己的市场部分的客房和餐饮的目标。
2. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintainingconstant contact with the market and the customer base of his/herresponsibility through Customer Relationship Management.
代表酒店通过客户关系管理,与本地和国际市场的客户保持密切的联系并推销饭店。
3. Maintains and updates sales records manually andelectronically as required.
手工或是用电脑保留和更新销售记录。
• Assists the Manager Laundry in supervising and coordinating all activities within the section.
协助洗衣房经理有效地完成工作。
• Supervises and coordinates all activities of al laundry and valet personnel engage in processing guest items, house laundry/dry cleaning and dressing.
监督和协助客衣、布草的湿洗、干洗和熨烫工作。
• Assumes the responsibility of Laundry Manager in the absence of the latter.
如洗衣房经理不在顶替承担其责任。
• Works with laundry manager in the preparation and management of the department’s budget and is aware of financial targets.
协助洗衣房经理准备并管理分部预算,并了解财务目标。
• Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
随时执行上级分配的其他相关任务或特殊项目。
Responsible for the pressing, dry cleaning and presentation of guests dry cleaning garments as well as hotel furniture and fittings as required
按要求对客人需要干洗的衣物进行熨烫、干洗和外观整理,并对酒店的家具和配件进行相关处理。
