岗位职责
1.协助前厅部经理负责收集对客服务过程中所产生的问题信息。
Assist the front office manager to collect information on problems arising from customer service.
2.负责处理宾客的问题和投诉。
Responsible for handling guest questions and complaints.
3.负责重要宾客的迎领工作。
Responsible for the reception of important guests.
4.进行整个酒店的安全和日常的设备检查工作。
Conduct safety and daily equipment inspection work throughout the hotel.
5.解决当班期间发生的安全问题。
Solve safety problems that occur during the shift.
6.向其它班次协调交班记录上需要沟通的事项。
Coordinate the matters that need to be communicated on the shift delivery record to other shifts.
岗位要求
1.专科以上学历,前厅部工作经验,同岗位工作经验二年以上。
College degree or above, work experience in the front office, more than two years of work experience in the same position.
2.能用流利的英语从事前厅服务形象气质佳,精通电脑操作,具备较强的英文听说读写能力。
Be able to use fluent English to engage in front office service, good image temperament, proficient in computer operation, with strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
3.仪表端庄,热爱酒店工作,钻研业务,反应敏捷,善于交际具有较好的管理和协调能力,能够很好的发挥其管理、领导和监督的作用。Dignified appearance, love hotel work, study business, quick response, good at communication, good management and coordination skills, can play its role of management, leadership and supervision.
