As a Service Manager - Chief Stewarding, we rely on you to:
Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Stewarding Department
Control flow and supply of chinaware / flatware/ glassware
Ensures accurate tabulation of all losses / breakage and proposes the purchase of all operating equipment
Maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all F&B areas
Actively seek staff feedback and suggestions to improve operations
We are looking for someone who:
Displays initiative
Oral and written fluency in English
Commitment to professional values
Team leader/ builder
Willing to work extended hours when required
At least 3 years experience in international class hotel in a similar capacity

Ensures that the relevant information of all allocated Accounts is being updated regularly in the record or electronic database system.

Responds to all telephone calls or inquiries, ensures information/ messages are accurately received and relayed.

Actively follows up sales leads.

Prepares quotes and updates online web sites with on time information.
· 及时编制和分发每周/月度报告。
Prepares, compiles and distributes the weekly/ monthly reports in a timely manner.

Ensures the activities/events log book is being accurately maintained.
· 编辑市场调研和竞争对手调研报告。
Compilation of Market Surveys and Competitor Researches report.

Distribution of relevant hotel information to clients when required.

Conducts regular sales calls per schedule prepared by the Director of Sales.
