Provides information to guest/visitor inquiries and coordinates all guest requests for special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently. Escorts VIPs to assigned guestrooms, informing guests of hotel services, features and room amenities. Attends to immediate needs of VIPs upon arrival and follow through attention throughout stay.
Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival to departure.
Registers and escorts all arrivals according to established procedures.
Ensure all data is entered completely and correctly into the hotel systems and PSB in accordance with each reservation and PSB requirement respectively.
Demonstrate awareness of Rosewood policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within Rosewood guidelines.
