Responsibility
1.在酒廊客服中心经理的指导下,执行和履行酒店相关政策和程序,监管和负责服务及预订中心的运作,确保最大化的满足客人的需求。
Under the general direction of the Executive Lounge & Guest Service Center Manager and within the limits of hotel and local policies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of Telecommunication and Reservation services to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction.
2.协调总机及商务中心的工作。
Directs, supervises and coordinates the activities in Telecommunication department and Business Center.
3.执行和处理所有进出的电话,传真,相关设备的程序和其他相关服务。
Develops and implement procedures for proper handling in and out going telephone calls, facsimile transmission, rental equipment, lease telephone lines and other telecommunication services.
4.负责接听及处理客人的预定。
Responsible for answering and processing guests' reservations.
岗位要求
Position Requirements
1.专科以上文化程度,英语熟练。
College degree or above, good command of English.
2.通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及商务中心和预定部工作程序和规范。
Familiar with the hotel's guest policies, facilities and services, as well as business center and reservation procedures and specifications.
