Key Responsible: 主要工作职责 ： 1.Assist with heavy packages, coats, suitcase, etc. being alert to give assistance courteously and quickly, before having to be asked 帮助客人提拿重的提包、外衣、手提箱及旅行箱等等。时刻关注客人，在客人提出要求前，提供快速、礼貌的帮助。 2.Loading luggage into vehicle, count the pieces of luggage and confirm with guests before getting into vehicle 将行李装上汽车，清点行李件数并在客人上车前与客人确认。 3.Delivering newspapers, messages, parcels, packages, mails and faxes to the guests’ rooms in accordance with standards 按标准送报纸、留言、包裹、邮件与传真到客人房间。   Qualification: 任职资格 1.Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese； 良好的中英文口语及书写技能。 2.At least one year working experience in the same position in 5 star hotel 有同等星级酒店相同岗位工作经验1年以上。 3. Have good image and temperament; good sense of service and willing to develop yourself in the hopitality industry 形象气质良好，有较强的服务意识，有志在酒店业发展。 4. Have good working attitude and sense of teamwork 良好的工作态度及团队合作意识。 5. Commitment to quality in everyting you do 在对客服务的每个细节中都保证质量。
