It is the hospitality arm of Great Eagle Holdings, a leading property development company in Hong Kong.
PURPOSE:
The role will support Director of E-Commerce, Greater China, and the corporate E-Commerce team to implement strategies, drive revenue and improve online distribution operations efficiency with the key focus on Greater China region.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with operation agency closely and provide operations support in online distribution channels including Ctrip, Meituan, Fliggy and WeChat, especially during regional campaigns and E-Commerce mega sales seasons.
Collaborate with agency and loyalty department to organize corporate level campaigns to drive sales growth.
Work closely with hotel to support business growth, based on hotel request to figure out resources to solve their problems.
Provide hotels regional e-commerce guidelines on operation, campaign, products, etc.
Collect online channel and hotel data for performance report, and data analysis.Prepare materials for monthly distribution meeting.
Conduct hotel regular E-Commerce performance monitoring and reports as assigned, and ad-hoc audits when needed.
Execution support on OTA related digital marketing work to drive better performance.
Constantly monitor industry trends in E-Commerce and conduct research to support identifying opportunities and actions needed.
Support procurement and financial admin work and assist with other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Working experience:
Minimum 1 years’ working experience in E-Commerce or Revenue management or digital marketing, preferably with hotel industry experience.
Knowledge:
With basic knowledge and enthusiasm in E-Commerce, especially in China travel and digital platforms. Proficient in Microsoft software, e.g.: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or related subjects.
Soft Skills:
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player,responsible, self-driven individual with confident and outgoing personality.
High level of attention to details, organized, pro-active, self-motivated, and independent.
Language:
Good skills in written and verbal communications in both English and Chinese.
