Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1.Checks all disciplines and procedures in daily work to supervise staff provide high quality service for guests.
检查员工工作纪律及工作程序,督导员工按照程序和标准为客人提供高效优质的服务。
2.Gives guests immediate and complete attention to their requests and complaints and respond promptly and tactfully, report to supervisor if he/she can not solve it and assist them in handling the complains.
对客人的要求和投诉应给予及时的关注,及时作出积极反应,遇到不能解决的问题直接上报,并协助上级尽快解决问题。
3.Checks the accuracyof all statistics and report.
检查各项统计报表是否准确无误。
4.Monitors the performance of check in, check out and room change according to the established procedures.
按照临时人员入住登记条例规定督导员工认真办理入住退房手续。

岗位内容:
1. 负责物业维修保养、设备维护等工作。
2. 掌握电气和水暖技能,能够进行基本维修和故障排除。
3. 维护维修记录,及时反馈设施运行情况。
任职要求:
1. 从事物业维修保养工作三年以上,熟悉物业管理流程和设施维护常识。
2. 具有电工/水暖等相关技术资格证书,并掌握基本操作技能。
Job description:
1. Responsible for property maintenance, equipment maintenance and other work.
2. Master Electrical and plumbing skills, be able to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
3. Maintain the maintenance records and feedback the operation status of the facility.
Requirements:
1. Engaged in property maintenance work for more than three years, familiar with property management processes and facilities maintenance knowledge.
2. Have Electrician/plumber certificate and Basic Operation Skills.
