Job Description:
1.To work with the Director of Event Sales to ensureall Hyatt Events Standards relating to Events are fully implemented;
2.Together with your Event Sales Team, to be primarily responsible for converting all incoming leads;
3.To monitor all associates to ensure they deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional client service at all times;
4.To ensure the department’s workload is distributed in such a way that each Events client receives prompt, caring and highly personalised service;
5.To continuously seek to coach and develop your team on the job and by providing other Learning & Development opportunities for your team.

Under the general direction of the Assistant Front Services Manager and within the limits of established Rosewood Hotels and local policies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of the guest relations function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to all guests and with specific responsibility for each guest’s arrival and departure experience.

Experience 经验要求:
工作经验
Minimum two years’ experience in a similar capacity in a luxury or ultra-luxury international brand hotel.

1. The ability to ensure the daily operation of Kitchen, assisting Chef de Partie in the daily management as well. Takes pride in their work providing the highest quality of food.
