1、执行主管的工作指示,协助主管的日常工作。
Carried out the supervisor's work instructions and assisted the supervisor in daily work.
2、参与各项服务活动,发现问题及时纠正。
Participate in various service activities and correct problems in time.
3、检查员工的仪表仪容、劳动纪律、行为规范和工作态度,使之达到部门要求。
Check the staff's appearance, labor discipline, code of conduct and working attitude to make them meet the requirements of the department.
4、掌握酒店各项优惠政策和房价政策,了解客房状况和出租率。
Master hotel preferential policies and room rate policies, and understand room conditions and occupancy rates.
5、检查预订资料及通知单,合理安排宾客的入住。
Check reservation information and notice, and make reasonable arrangements for guests' accommodation.
6、确保入住登记单详细、准确、清晰,符合有关部门的规定。
Ensure that the check-in form is detailed, accurate, clear and in accordance with the regulations of relevant departments.
岗位要求
Post requirements
1、中专及以上学历,有同岗位工作经验1年以上。
technical secondary school or above, with more than 1 year of work experience in the same position.
2、熟悉前台的各项业务。
Familiar with the business of the front desk.
3、精通前台的各项接待程序,沟通能力较强,解决工作中的各种疑难,处理各种投诉。
Proficient in the reception procedures of the front desk, with strong communication skills, able to solve various difficulties in work and deal with various complaints.
4、性格开朗,有良好的个人修养,工作认真负责,作风正派。
