【岗位职责】 1、鼓励预定团队实现一贯的Reservation高分。 2、实施宾客意见调查问卷，提高部门服务质量。 3、熟悉处理房间预订的程序，给宾客提供房况信息。 4、落实”预订未到宾客”的名单和每日团队取消情况。 5、为所有的预订部员工准备工作时间和日程表。 6、管理每日/每月/每年的所有的日常通信的书写。 7、根据预订情况更改现有的预订并且预测现有的和未来的预订情况。 【岗位要求】 1、高中以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。 2、普通话清晰。 3、具有良好的产品电话销售技能，能够提高酒店客房预订率。 4、具有销售业务谈判能力，能合理调配酒店产品，分清先后，实现客房销售目标。 5、具有良好的语言组织和文字表达能力，清楚，条理地表达销售意向。 6、能够督导团队成员的预订工作，指导下级提高电话销售能力。

岗位职责/职位描述 主要工作任务 严格遵守店内的各项规章制度，上岗前检查自己的仪容仪表。 工作职责 服从炒锅厨师安排，认真执行食堂卫生、安全等各项规章制度。 负责零点与各种宴会及团体包桌的出菜工作，做好炒锅、砧板部门之间协调工作。 负责准备好炉头必用的生产工具，如：勺、铲、毛巾等餐具的填充，花草装饰等。 负责监督炒锅人员的菜肴出品质量，保证出品的色、香、味、型等，特别是客人的特殊要求，应及时说清（如忌口等）。 负责每天开餐前的准备工作，按菜品的要求，及时领取食品原材料，做到随取随用。
