岗位职责:
1. 有责任确保餐厅所有已建立的服务程序和服务标准在任何时间内都被实施及运用。
Responsible to ensure all established standards and procedures for JING are supervised and met at all times (according to operation manual and direct instruction of F&B management).
2. 制定适当的培训发展计划来培训员工, 以便确保并提高服务水平。
Responsible to develop an adequate training plan and train staff to maintain and improve standard of service.
3.掌管所有与餐厅有关的设备,确保任何时间,任何员工都能够正确掌握、储存及使用这些设备,能够提供特殊的培训,以便员工掌握设备的运用及相关知识。
Responsible for all equipments, related to service in the outlet. Ensure proper handling, storage and use of equipments by all staff at all times. Implement and follow through of specific training on equipment handling and knowledge.
4. 保证餐厅及后台的清洁卫生。与客务部和工程部保持紧密联系,以确保餐厅的整洁及设备的完好。
Ensure total cleanliness of both the outlet as well as back of house related to the restaurant. Liaises very closely with Housekeeping and Engineering department to ensure cleaning and maintenance at all times.
5. 确保员工的仪容仪表在任何时候都保持高标准。
Ensures that the outlets grooming and appearance standards are met at all times.
6. 建立并维护与客人良好的关系,并且让所 有的员工都能自觉去做好这项工作。
Responsible to establish, develop and maintain adequate guest relation in the outlet, followed by all staff.
