1、Development of all budgets, forecasts and schedules inline with the hotel business plan.

3、Manage performance issues that arise within therespective operating departments.

4、Interviews, selects, trains, appraise, coaches,counsels and disciplines departmental employees/managers according to companystandards.
按照公司标准面试、筛选、培训、评估、指导、心理咨询及处分等。
5、Ensures guest and employee satisfaction, whilemaintaining market competitiveness and exceptional financial performance.

6、Be an inspiration to all hotel staff to achieve luxurylevels of performance.
