The Room Controller is responsible for the overall operation of the Back Office Support team including room control, preparation for arrival and departure as well as guest profile database maintenance. 1、Minimum3 years of Front Office working experience in a 5-star international brandedhotel.最少三年国际五星级酒店前厅部工作经验。
2、Familiar with computer systems.能熟练操作电脑系统。
3、Fluentin verbal and written English.熟练的英文口语和书面沟通能力。
4、Goodcommunication, organization and coordination skills.熟练的英文口语和书面沟通能力。
