To ensure smooth and efficient operation of the BQT.Operate the venue as a business unit as per the standards and procedures andpractice managerial principles, in order to achieve departmental goals, interms of Guest Satisfaction, financial targets, training and high employeemorale.

1. Food & Beverage餐饮部
1.1. BQT operation
· Develop Standards & Procedures, inkeeping with the hotel policies and procedures
· Ensure all associate understand andcarry out the tasks according to the SOP
· Complies with the hotel specific. Theincumbent will initiate systems and procedures to meet and if possible, exceedguest’s expectations
· Manage BQT service
· Manage cash handling procedures
· Oversee the preparation of daily bankingand cash flow reports
· Instruct associate in credit policiesand facilities
· Establish cash security procedures
· Manage the maintenance of equipment
· Monitor standards of guest facilitiesand services
