【岗位职责】
Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest room; Perform according tostandards according to In Room Dining specifications,courteously and efficiently. Assist in the maintenance of the officeandequipment. Work in accordance to Managers and other superior’srequest.
领取和服务酒精和非酒精饮料和菜式给客人;礼貌的,迅速地对房间对客进行服务,餐桌服务或特殊餐饮服务。收取付款。协助维修进餐房间的装饰和器具。协助经理或上级管理人员工作。

This position is to arrange the in-house guests' every single order, pay attention to customer satisfaction, ensure the service department work smoothly and maintain a clean and tidy work area organized. In addition, undertake operations and financial responsibilities.
安排好住店客人的每一个点单,关注客人的满意度,确保送餐部的业绩和工作质量能达到公司的预算和目标,保持每一个工作区域干净、整洁和规范。除此之外,还需要担负起部门运作和财务方面的责任。
