【岗位职责】
1. 协助酒店管理层负责及整个度假村的运作收集对客服务过程中所产生的问题信息。
Assist the senior management of the hotel to be responsible for the entire operation of the hotel to collect information on problems arising in the process of guest service.
2. 值班经理在前厅部经理的直接领导下,在当班期间负责整个酒店的正常运作。
The Duty Manager, under the direct leadership of the Front Office Manager, is responsible for the normal operation of the entire hotel during his/her shift.
3. 要负责处理宾客的问题和投诉。
Be responsible for handling guest questions and complaints.
4. 要负责重要宾客的迎领工作。
Be responsible for welcoming and ushering important guests.
5. 进行整个酒店的安全和日常的设备检查工作。
Conduct security and routine equipment checks throughout the hotel.
6. 解决当班期间发生的安全问题。
Solve safety problems that occur during the shift.
7. 向其它班次协调交班记录上需要沟通的事项。
Coordinate with other shift records for communication.
【岗位要求】
1. 本科以上学历,有同岗位工作经验5年以上。
Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years working experience in the same position.
2. 能用流利的英语从事前厅服务形象气质佳,精通电脑操作,具备较强的英文听说读写能力。
Can be fluent in English engaged in front office service image good temperament,proficient in computer operation, with strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
3. 仪表端庄,善于交际具有较好的管理和协调能力,能够 很好的发挥其管理、领导和监督的作用。
Good appearance, good communication with good management and coordination skills,able to play a good role in management, leadership and supervision.
4. 注重细节,工作有责任心,敢于承担责任,执行力较强。
Pay attention to details, have a sense of responsibility, dare to take responsibility,strong execution.
5. 有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。
Self-motivated and good learning ability and ability to work under pressure.
