Assists in the communication flow to all hotel staff through notice board, newsletter, bulletin and direct communication with staff regarding Personnel Policies and Hotel rules and regulations.

Prepares and handles the application of all applicants and arrange for an interview with the Personal Manager.

Keeps records of all successful candidates from panel interview, maintains the candidate’s files, and updates records and files on weekly basis.
5.准备人力资源部的来往信函,备忘录,传阅文件,报告,员工书信,会议记录并准确存档。
Types personnel correspondence, memorandum, circulars, reports, staff letters, meeting minutes, and maintains all the files.
6.协助人事经理定期检查员工更衣室。
Assists the Human Resources Personal Manager to periodically inspect the locker rooms.
7.与各部门经理一起跟踪员工每月出勤记录。
Follows up with Division Heads regarding staff monthly attendance records.
8.记录每月员工迟到、缺勤、病假、无薪请假、补休、产假情况,并带入每月报告和年终奖金评定。
Keeps monthly records regarding staff tardiness, absenteeism, vacation, sick leave, leave without pay, compassionate leave, and maternity leave for MIS reports and year-end bonus evaluation.
9.安排为每月最佳员工候选人照相,协助人力资源部总监组织每月最佳员工的颁奖会。
Takes photo of Associates of the Month winners and assist Assistant Human Resources Director to arrange for Associate of the Month presentation awards.
10.保持部门内部工作区域的整洁,合理维护设备,准确归档文件。
Keeps all working area in the department clean, all equipment well maintained and keeps all files in the order.
11.准备人力资源部必需的文具和办公用品。
Prepares the necessary stationary and other office supplies for the Human Resources department.
12.执行领导布置的其它任务。
Performs other functions as assigned.
13.管理人事部档案和员工工作评估表。
Handles action forms and appraisal forms.

Passes on for Division Head signature.
