- Assist Talent Development Manager to coordinate and conduct all kinds of training in the Hotel and performs training administration duties.
- Assist in organizing other service campaign to improve the service quality.
- Organize and deliver hotel foundation training, include grooming training, telephone etiquette, safety and hygiene training, etc.
- Coordinate the cross exposure and e-learning programme.
- Coordinate with external educational institutions regarding all kinds of external training workshops.
- Monitor and inspect department training to be implemented as scheduled.
