JOB SUMMARY 工作职责
1.Maintain and continually identify newand creative recruiting sources to ensure meeting all EEO and AffirmativeAction goals and requirements.

2.Assist in screening and interviewing allapplicants for management positions making appropriate recommendations.
协助甄选和面试所有管理职位的申请者并给出适当的建议。
3. Meet regularly with Department andDivision Heads to discuss staffing needs, recruitment needs, open requisitions,required and desirable qualifications.
定时与部门经理和部门总监开会讨论员工需求,招聘寻求和公开职位、要求和资格。

1. Abilityto communicate in English with internal and external customers to theirunderstanding.
