工作职责:
• Serves as the General Cashier, to maintain the Hotel’s house banks in accordance to hotel policy.
• 兼任出纳工作,根据酒店政策维持酒店和银行的一致。
• Responsible for the correct processing of payroll to ensure all staff are paid correctly per letters of contract and on a timely basis.
• 负责员工工资表的正确处理,确保员工工资根据合约正确、及时的发放到位。
• Provide accurate payroll reports to management regarding hotel payroll costs and headcount
• 为酒店管理层提供一份正确的关于工资成本和员工人数的列表。
• To liaise with Human Resources Department to ensure payroll records are accurately maintained and to ensure confidentiality at all times.
• 与人力资源部保持密切的联系,确保所有员工工资发放的正确性,同时保证在所有情况下保证工资的机密性。
任职资格:
• Previous experience in Payroll department
• 有在薪资部门工作的经验
• Basic accounting background.
• 有基本会计基础
工作职责:
Assist the Restaurant Manager with his/her responsibilities for the room service area including the Service Apartment, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.
协助餐厅经理完成其对部门应履行的各项职责,确保在酒店的规定制度下部门良好地有利地运作。
Keep the Restaurant Manager informed of all current information in room service.
及时向餐厅经理汇报所有相关信息及情况。
Ensure that billing and cashiering is carried out as per standard operating procedures.
监督收银及出纳的工作,确保其按照标准的运行程序进行。
