Produces Public Relations Plan which promotes and maintains good publicrelations in order to maintain the prestigious image of the hotel. Dutiesinvolve planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in allPublic Relations activities.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
· Develops media contacts, plans press conferences andother press activities. Acts as hotel’s liaison with media to promote goodpublicity and counteract bad publicity.
与媒体人士联系,策划新闻发布会以及其它新闻活动。代表酒店与媒体联系,以促进良好的公关形象,抵销一切不良影响。
· Develops and organizes promotional activities,coordinates with departments concerned; invites VIPs and media to promotionalactivities; prepares and issues press releases

· Establishes sales leads from the study ofmagazines, newspapers and form personal contacts; coordinates sales leads withBanqueting and Sales Departments

· Disseminates corporate press releases toappropriate local trade and consumer media

· Establishes a programme for sending promotionalnews to trade publications on a regular basis releases covering special events,promotions, etc.

· Prepares promotional press releases onpersonalities among guests and employees of the hotel and on newsworthy eventsin the hotel.

· Provides information to other departments onactivities within and outside the hotel which may be useful when dealing withguests.

· Accepts clients and media complaints, requests, andinquiries and coordinates handling with departments concerned.

· Maintains good public relations by extendingpersonalized service to VIPs. e.g. following up on reservations for VIPs,assisting in greeting VIPs and groups upon their arrival, sending welcomeletter to VIP guests.

· Maintains clipping files pertaining to the hotel(s)based on daily perusal of the media.

· Maintains mailing list/contact file.

· Develop hotel gifts and giveaways.

§ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 资历要求

· Demonstrated ability to interact withcustomers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, thebrand and the Company.

· Problem solving, reasoning, motivating,organizational and training abilities.

· Proficient in the use of MicrosoftOffice.

· Good English and Chinese writingskills.

· Fluent in both English and Mandarin is a must, speaking other languages is a plus.

Qualifications 学历
· Bachelor’s degree in MassCommunications or related field.
具有大众传播或相关领域的学士学位。
Experience 经验
· 2-3 years ofrelevant working experience in the same position in a 5 star internationalbranded hotel orcomparable industry related experience.
具备在5星级国际品牌酒店2-3年相关的工作经验,或与此相当的工作经验。
