Ensure the smooth running of the Health Club by providing a highstandard of exercise prescription, pool supervision/safetyand quality service to all members and guests.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Daily Management and Training日常管理和训练
· Ensure Health Cluboperating procedures are adhered to and reviewed on a three monthly basis.
确保严守健身中心操作程序,并每三个月审核一次。
· Drive the strategic direction of the Health Club under the guidance of the SpaManager.
在水疗经理的指导下推行水疗与健身中心的战略发展方向。
· Workwith the various departments within the hotel to maximizerevenue and control costs in line with the best practices in the industry.
与酒店各部门协作参照行内最优方法以最大化收益并控制开销。
· Implement financialtargets with each department within the Health Club andreview on a weekly/monthly basis.
实行健身中心内部各分部的财政目标,以周/月为单位进行审查。
· Control the monthly financial performance of the Health Club by monitoring andmanaging revenue and costs in order to deliver the budgeted profit.
通过检测管理收益及成本来控制健身中心的月度财政绩效,达成部门的预算利润。
· Ensure all stock taking is completed.
确保所有存货盘点工作按时完成。
· Prepare all Capital Expenditure requests in line with the hotel policy andsubmit to Spa Manager and Director of Rooms.
根据酒店规章准备所有资本支出并上呈至水疗经理及房务总监。
· Comply with all local and national legislation for Health Club in particularlicensing laws and 3rd party insurance, freelance instructors/alternativetherapists.
遵从当地和国家有关健身中心的法规,尤其是牌照法例、第三者保险方面、自由职业指导、另类理疗师等。
· Ensure all agreedlocal sales and marketing activities are effectively actioned and monitor the performanceon a monthly basis.
确保所有完成协议的本地销售及市场推广活动都有效率地进行并按月监测绩效。
· Increase the Health Club database by actively sourcing new clients throughrecommendations, referrals and targeted initiatives.
通过推荐、介绍及有针对性的活动等方式来开拓客源,以增加健身中心的客户数据库。
· Support all Corporate/Hotel marketing programmes and initiatives.
协助所有集团及酒店的市场推广活动。
· Promote and sellall aspects of the Health Club, Health & Wellbeing Memberships, packagesand treatments, merchandising and retail branded lines, personal training etc.
全面推销健身中心产品及服务,健身会籍、健身套餐及护理、推销规划和零售品牌产品系列,私人训练等。
· Ensure there aresufficient pool and fitness supervision in line with local legislation and thecompany brand standards.
确保贯彻当地法规和公司品牌标准,充分监督游泳池和健身房。
· Implement dailytargets for all team members on personal training sales and report on a daily/weeklybasis.
为团队所有成员执行私人训练销售的日常目标,并每天/每周汇报。
· Ensure allfitness bookings are entered into the Software system and controlled via theReception.
确保把所有健身预订输入健身中心软件系统,并通过接待处控制。
· Train all teammembers in upselling techniques.
为团队所有成员提供促销技能训练。
· Ensure all memberscomplete the Pre-activity Questionnaire and Fitness Assessment prior to using thefacilities.
确保所有会员在使用设施之前,完成活动前问卷和体能测试。
· Ensure all membersreceive an exercise programme, a supervised workout and a monthly wellnesssessions.
确保所有会员得到一个锻炼课程、监督练习和每月的健身环节。
· Monitor all lowusage members and ensure that their designated fitness instructor contacts them.
监察所有低用量会员情况,并确保相关的健身教练跟对方联系跟进。
· Induct and trainall new team members to the highest standards in line with the TrainingManuals/Operations Manual.
贯彻训练手册/操作手册指引,协助引导和训练所有新加入的团队成员。
· Ensure allordering and stock taking is completed on a weekly basis.
每星期完成盘点存货数量和订购安排。
· Provide on-going training for all teammembers in order to deliver consistently high standards of safety, poolsupervision, exercise prescription and brand standards.
不断给团队成员提供训练,务求他们发挥高水平的安全、游泳池监督、锻炼指导和品牌标准。
· Ensure all lifeguardsoffer guests a Spa Menu and serve food and beverage as required.
确保所有救生员给客人奉上水疗中心菜单,并按照需要送上食物和饮料。
· Monitor the healthand safety of all pool users. If the guest encounters difficulties, ensure thatthe duty lifeguard provides assistance in accordance with the skills andprocedures listed in the manual/lifeguard training manual.
监察所有游泳池使用者的健康安全,如果客人遇到困难,确保当值救生员按照操作手册/救生员训练手册所列技能和程序提供协助。
· Assess all Pool and Jacuzzi readings on adaily basis and ensure all preventative/ corrective measures are completed bythe Hotel Engineering department.
每天评估所有游泳池和按摩浴池读数,确保酒店工程部完成一切预防/纠正措施。
· Ensure all team members have a good understandingof the membership types/ benefits with each session entered on their training record.
确保团队所有成员充分理解各项会籍类别/礼遇,发挥他们训练纪录所列每项环节的技能。
· Be fully aware of the daily fitness bookingschedule and liaise with the Spa Concierge team throughout the day.
全面了解日常的健身预订时间表,与水疗中心礼宾部保持一整天的商讨跟进。
· Ensure that allteam member breaks are scheduled around the business demands.
确保团队所有成员因业务需要来编定休息时间。
· Submitdaily/weekly/monthly reports to the Spa Director or Spa Manager.
向水疗经理和水疗经理提交每日/每周/每月报告。
· In conjunctionwith the Director of Engineering, ensure all lifeguards handle any chemicals in accordance with the hotel safetystandards and manufacturers guidelines.

· Enforce the guestregistration policy to ensure all members, hotel guests or Health Club guests usingthe fitness and wet facilities have signed in upon arrival.

· Ensure all lifeguardscheck and maintain the pool set up on a regular basis.

· Assist the Spa Director/Spa Manager in achieving monthly and year-end budgets for the Club Membershiplevels and personal training targets.
协助水疗经理/水疗经理因健身中心会籍水平和私人训练销售目标的范畴,完成每月和年终预算。
· Ensure all treatment brand standards, use of guestname, guest comfort, guest refreshment etc. are used in order to achieve thehighest level of service.

Communication沟通
· Maintain clear lines of communication withthe Spa Director/Managerandother departments within the Hotel and the Health Club.

· Attend the Spa &Health Club daily briefing as required.
按照需要,出席水疗与健身中心每日晨会。
· Complete a detailed handover at the end ofeach shift either verbally or via the handover diary.
在每个值班结束时,透过口头或填写工作移交日志,完成详细的工作移交程序。
· Hold regular one to one meetings with eachteam member and feedback to the Spa Manager.
定期跟每个成员安排一对一会议,并向水疗经理反馈意见。

· Keep up to date with theindustry best practices and latest fitness techniques, equipment and servicesin the market place.

· Manage the recruitment needs of the Fitness department in conjunction with theSpa Director and HR department.

· Report for duty punctually and wear thecorrect uniform and name badge.

· Ensure the age policy for theClub facilities are adhered to.

· Carry out opening and closingduties as required and complete all relevant checklists.

· Assist the lifeguards with Pooland Jacuzzi readings every two hours andrecord the results on the Swimming Pool Daily Report. If the reading isabnormal, inform the maintenance department to follow up.
每两小时协助游泳池救生员和水力按摩浴池提取读数,把结果记录在游泳池日常报告中。如果读数异常,通知维护部门跟进。
· Assist the Engineering department with daily/weekly/monthlypool plant maintenance.协助工程部进行游泳池的每天/周/月的维护工作。
· Ensure all maintenance issuesare reported.

· Maintain client and companysecrets to ensure that all businessdealings or personal details are not discussed with outside parties.

· Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the HealthClub is maintained on a daily basis.

· Comply with rulesand regulations of the Colleague Handbook.

· Ensure the timelycompletion of seasonal sales products for the hotel, including but not limitedto New Year gift boxes, rice dumplings, and mooncakes.

· Comply withattendance policies and follow management's shift arrangements regardingovertime work and leave.

REQUIREMENTS职位要求
Education 教育学历
· University, post-graduate diploma orequivalent professional leisure qualification.
必须具备大学、研究生文凭或相等的专业休闲行业资格。
· Professional Qualification in Lifesaving, including CPR and First Aid is desirable.
具备专业救生资格,包括心肺复苏法和急救技能为佳。
Experience 经验
· At least fiveyears working experience with minimum of two years in a senior fitness role.
至少拥有五年有关健身工作的经验,当中至少拥有两年担任高级健身人员职位工作经验。
