SUMMARY OF POSITION 职位概括 Assist in the continuing effort to maintain the high quality of physical fitness facility by cleaning fitness equipment as scheduled by the Manager. 遵从部门经理的安排。通过清洁健身设备，协助保持健身设施的高质量。 Provide security for swimming pool guests and have swimming teaching ability. 为泳池客人提供安全保障并具备有用教学能力。 Handle all member/guests interaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with Fitness Centre or hotel services. 以高水平的热情和专业态度处理所有会员及客人的互动，尽可能满足特殊要求，解决客户投诉；协助客户解决所有与健身中心或酒店服务有关的问题。 Properly book all necessary reservations that pertain to necessary pool services or activities i.e. swim lessons, pool games, swim meets. 正确预定所有与泳池服务或活动有关的必要预定，如游泳课、游泳游戏、游泳比赛。  PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS 职位要求 Minimum of 2 years’ experience in personal training industry at a similar club or resort. 至少两年在类似俱乐部或度假村从事私人培训行业经验。 Excellent presentation skills. 优秀的表达能力。 Good team player and corporate attitude. 良好的团队合作精神和工作态度。 Ability to use necessary water safety equipment trained at certification to include but not limited to i.e. Safety tube, lifeline, and defibrillator. 能够使用在认证中培训过的必要的水安全设备，包括但不限于：安全管、救生索和除颤器。

客人进入游泳池/开放区域后，救生员必须在游泳池/水边待命确保一直都在。主要职责是观察水面和泳池内的所有客人并持续留意。救生员不得擅自离岗。如救生员需要承担其他任务或服务，如用餐/或去洗手间休息，救生员须在主管的批准下无缝地寻找可替代同事。 As soon as a guest enters the swimming pool / open water, the life guard must stand by at the pool / beach watch tower at all times. The main duty is to observe the water surface and all guests inside the water consistently. Lifeguard should NEVER leave their post unattended at any time. Politely discourage swimmers from diving, running, pushing Non-swimmers into the swimming areas. 能够知晓游泳池或开放水域的深浅游泳区域。 Able to clarify deep and shallow swimming areas of the pool or open waters. 根据当地法规要求，如果两个或两个以上的救生员同时值班，应有明确的工作分工，明确的责任并互相帮助。发现溺水者应立即从水中救出，不可拖延！ According to the local regulation requirement, if two or more lifeguards are on duty at the same time, they shall have a clear division of workplace, clear responsibilities and help each other. 【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店泳池区域的日常安全巡视，确保泳客安全，预防溺水等意外事故发生； 2、及时处理泳池突发安全事件，实施紧急救援措施，必要时进行心肺复苏等急救操作； 3、维护泳池秩序，对违反安全规定的行为进行劝阻和纠正； 4、定期检查救生设备（如救生圈、救生杆、急救箱等）的完好性，确保随时可用； 5、协助完成泳池开放前的准备工作及闭池后的安全检查； 6、记录每日安全巡查情况，及时上报安全隐患或异常事件； 7、配合其他部门完成与泳池相关的活动或临时任务。 【岗位要求】 1、持有有效的救生员资格证书（如国家职业资格救生员证或红十字会救生员证）； 2、具备基本的水上救生技能及急救知识，能熟练实施心肺复苏（CPR）等急救操作； 3、身体健康，体能良好，能适应长时间站立、巡逻及水中救援工作； 4、责任心强，反应敏捷，具备良好的观察力和应急处理能力； 5、有酒店或大型泳池救生工作经验者优先； 6、能适应轮班工作制（含周末及节假日）。
