【岗位职责】 严格遵循酒店水疗中心服务标准及操作规范，为宾客提供专业的理疗服务，包括但不限于中式按摩、泰式按摩、SPA护理、精油推拿等，确保服务流程规范、手法专业，提升宾客体验感与满意度。 接待宾客时主动热情，耐心解答宾客关于理疗项目、功效、注意事项等相关咨询，根据宾客身体状况、需求及偏好，合理推荐适合的理疗项目，制定个性化护理方案。 做好理疗前的准备工作，包括清洁理疗室、整理床品、准备理疗工具、调配精油及相关耗材，确保理疗环境整洁、卫生、舒适，符合酒店卫生标准。 理疗过程中密切关注宾客反应，及时调整手法力度、节奏及护理方案，避免出现服务失误及宾客不适情况，妥善处理宾客在服务过程中的合理诉求。 【任职需求】 1年及以上酒店水疗、专业SPA会所理疗师相关工作经验，熟练掌握至少2种以上核心理疗手法 持有相关理疗师职业资格证书 服务意识强，沟通能力良好，性格温和有耐心，能主动倾听宾客需求，热情周到地提供服务，具备一定的应急处理能力。 具备专业的理疗知识，了解人体穴位、肌肉分布及常见亚健康问题的调理方法，能根据宾客需求制定合理的护理方案。
