MAINPURPOSE主要职责
To assist the Front Office Managerand the Guest Relations Manager in planning, coordinating and supervising thesmooth operation of the Front Desk Section. Execute job tasks according to thepre-defined standards & procedures and in compliance with the companyemployment handbook. Demonstrate honesty, reliability, ethics, andprofessionalism; demonstrate consistency between words & behaviour. 协助前厅部经理和宾客关系经理规划、协调和监督前台部位的顺利运作。根据拟定的规定条例以及公司员工手册执行其职责范围内的工作。确保前台区域符合标准,所有营运设备运作正常。展现诚实,可靠,规范及专业的工作礼仪。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
· College degreeor above, major in hotel management is preferred.
大专以上学历,酒店管理专业优先。
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
· 2 years’experience in front office / guest services operations, including supervisoryexperience at a hotel of similar size and complexity, or an equivalentcombination of education and experience.
拥有2年前厅或宾客服务工作经验,包括在相似规模和复杂程度的酒店的管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
· Exposure toindustry, which required high service standard.
展现高水平的行业服务标准。
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他专业要求
• Highproficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
