Asthe Commercial Manager West China, your primary focus will be to enhancetop-line commercial performance and increase market share across hotels in West China. You’ll achieve this by closely workingwith Commercial Director, collaborating with the GCM Commercial Services team,and engaging with hotel teams.
Yourrole involves leading and overseeing projects focused on streamliningcommercial processes, optimizing productivity, implementing best practices, andensuring successful execution from start to completion.
You’ll play a crucialrole in achieving defined MBO (Management by objective) of GCM CommercialServices team, also manage the appropriate commercial targets & objectivesfor the hotels and navigate how those targets & objectives are going to beaccomplished.
PositionSummary:
· Support the Commercial Director in West China to execute or collaborate on all activities necessaryfor enhancing commercial performance, managing potential growthopportunities, increasing profitability, achieving budgeted hotel revenue, andmeeting market share targets.
· Identify opportunity to driveefficiency and profitability, lead and streamline process, track progress, andensure related projects are aligned and implemented successfully.
· Collaboratewith key stakeholders across commercial team and related functions to optimizethe resources and activities of the hotel’s commercial team.

Ø Implement the right strategies in place to deliver their revenuetargets.
Ø Use Hilton sales systems and tools in accordance with ourstandards.
Ø Have appropriate targets in place (SIP).
Ø Evaluate and identify business opportunities for hotels and directsaccordingly.
Ø Optimize sales resource, to drive market share from keysegmentation.
Ø Capturemaximum demand and to drive the highest level of conversion.
Ø Align with regional andenterprise-wide plans.
· Manage theannual sales activity calendar and coordinate with hotel team to ensure allsales related activities is planned and carried out efficiently andeffectively.
· Manage andcoordinate with hotel team as well as reviewers to ensure all review is carried out as planned, e.g. PeerReview Projects.
· Support theCommercial Director to navigate with hotel teams to achieve commercial targets& objectives.
· Support theCommercial Director to communicate, monitor and consolidate the implementationof Commercial Focus Plan and Commercial Business Plan action items at hotellevel.
· Support theCommercial Director to drive the utilization and performance of commercialtools at hotel level: e.g. Meeting Simplified, LNR Dynamic, GPE.
· Support hotelscommercial people trained and equipped to drive business.
· Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills in both Mandarin and English.
