【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店消防系统的日常检查、维护和管理，确保消防设施设备正常运行 2、制定并执行消防安全管理制度和应急预案，定期组织消防演练 3、监督各部门消防安全工作落实情况，及时发现并消除火灾隐患 4、负责新员工消防安全培训，提高全员消防安全意识 5、配合消防部门检查，及时整改存在的问题 6、建立完善消防档案，做好相关记录和报告 【岗位要求】 1、持有消防设施操作员证或建（构）筑物消防员证 2、熟悉消防法律法规及消防安全管理流程 3、具备较强的消防安全隐患排查能力 4、良好的沟通协调能力和应急处理能力 5、工作认真负责，能承受一定工作压力
