Security安全防损 Be responsible for the 24-hour duty of the supervision room, familiar with the alarm equipment of the monitoring center, can handle small equipment failures, and keep records of working conditions and equipment operation. 负责监控室24小时值班，熟悉监控中心的报警设备，能够处理小的设备故障，做好工作情况和设备运转情况记录。 Be familiar with hotel fire protection system and firefighting equipment, and verify the alarm immediately. Be able to use the various equipment of fire center properly and timely, keep a close eye on the various conditions displayed on the equipment, and report to the department head immediately. When fire alarm occurs, check the cause of the alarm and notify the relevant departments in time according to the alarm procedure developed by the hotel. 1. Greet guests and fellow associates in the hotel at all times 任何时候都主动向客人和同事问候。 2. Patrol and make sure each floor’s safety. 执行巡逻勤务并确保所巡楼层安全正常。 3. Be familiar with each floor’s map & layout, as well as the locations of security and fire safety equipments. 了解、熟悉巡逻楼层的地形地物和安全设施与消防设施。 4. Politely advise strangers from entering floors and guestrooms. If it happened already, persuade them to leave. 婉言劝止闲杂人员进入楼层和客房（如已进入，则劝其离开）。 5.  Check guest room doors on each floor. If keys are left on doors or abnormal sound was heard in rooms, coordinate with the Front Office to solve problems. 巡视各层客房房门，如发现有钥匙的房门关闭或房内有异样，应尽快与前厅确定并协调客房共同处理。 6. Coordinate closely with the FFC. Report brawl, fight, decoration damage and other suspicious situation to the Security Manager and Guest Service Manager. 与消防中心保持紧密联系，如发现楼层或房内有争吵、斗殴、损坏设施及其他可疑现象要尽快报告安全主管和宾客服务经理处理。 7.  Keep calm during fire、robbery、hostage、explosion situations and report to superior manager as soon as possible. 岗位职责： 1. 熟练掌握各种监控设备，及时发现可疑人和可疑情况，详细记录巡查过程中发现的问题，上报处理，发现可疑人员和事物要礼貌地进行盘查、监控； 2. 熟悉酒店消防设施、设备的位置、操作及使用方法，熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施，熟练掌握各种消防设施和器材，能够组织人员扑灭初期火灾，协助人员疏散； 3. 爱护岗位物品，严格落实交接班制度，对未完成和需跟进的工作要详细记录， 遵守员工手册中的各项规章制度，听从指令服从工作安排。   任职要求： 1. 了解酒店保安工作程序和消防报警方面的知识； 2. 身体健康，有责任心，具备团队合作精神； 3. 一年以上酒店或物业安保工作经验者优先。
