The Engineering Technician cooperates with his / her superior to ensure the normal operation of hotel equipment. 岗位职责： 1. 确保酒店排风系统，机房主机系统，冷却塔系统，冷库系统正常运行，在此前提下尽量降低成本与能耗；定时更换风机， FCU ， AHU ，过滤网。 2. 负责酒店音响设备的维修保养，并包括背景音乐 , 监控，卫星电视 , 电话，消防报警系统，确保高质量的保养和操作以满足客人的需求。 熟悉酒店配电系统，能迅速找到关键节点，维修保养酒店所有的油漆工作。 3. 负责维修保养酒店所有木制品，定期检查门、机械门锁、闭门器、地毯、窗户、窗锁、桌、椅等，对维修单进行及时处理。 4. 定期检查天花乳胶漆，家具油漆，墙面等，做好维护保养工作。确保大厦机械管道设备如各泵房、各水池、各种阀门、管道、下水道、洗手间、茶水间等设备的正常运作，如发现上述设备有毛病，不能正常工作或有噪音、振动、泄漏、气味等又不能马上排除的，要及时向主管报告； 5. 当班设备运行工要按规定时间、顺序路线，巡查管辖的设备，并如实做好运行记录及到各点签到。当班维修工要随时清点好个人工具，接到工程任务或维修单后，立即赶到现场尽快完成，并随后汇报主管。   任职要求： 1. 有较强的制冷设备、空调设备的维修经验，需要强电和机械方面的知识，具备音响，灯光，监控，背景音乐，卫星电视，电话和消防报警方面的知识； 2. 对维修损坏的旧家具及地毯、墙纸、吊顶，门、五金，锁具要有一定的经验，能够提出解决方案。 3. 一年以上星级酒店工程维修工作经验者优先。
