【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店消防监控中心的日常值班工作，24小时监控消防报警系统、安防系统等设备运行状态； 2、及时处理消防报警信号，确认火警、故障等异常情况，并按照应急预案迅速上报及处置； 3、定期检查消防设施（如灭火器、消火栓、应急照明等）的完好性，确保符合消防安全标准； 4、协助制定并执行消防演练计划，参与酒店消防安全培训及应急疏散演练； 5、填写消防监控值班记录、设备运行日志及故障报修单，确保台账完整准确； 6、配合消防部门、安监部门的检查，落实整改要求； 7、维护监控设备，发现故障及时联系维修并跟进处理结果。 【岗位要求】 1、持有消防设施操作员证（中级及以上优先），熟悉消防法律法规及行业标准； 2、了解火灾自动报警系统、喷淋系统、防排烟系统等消防设施的原理及操作流程； 3、具备较强的应急处理能力，能冷静应对突发火情并执行应急预案； 4、责任心强，工作细致，能适应倒班制（含夜班）； 5、无犯罪记录，身体健康，无色盲、听力障碍等影响工作的身体条件； 6、有酒店、商场、写字楼等场所消防监控经验者优先。

工作描述：Job Description： 1. 巡视大堂、走廊、楼层和公共区域并正确运用巡更系统，以确保没有火灾、安全隐患和遗失或失灵的安全器材。 Patrols lobbies, corridors, guest floors and public areas and makes use of the i-Guard System appropriately, while ensuring there are no fires, unsafe conditions, and/or missing or inoperative safety equipment. 2. 确保所有的来访者包括供应商、老客户、小时工和酒店的员工严格遵守酒店的安全保卫的制度和守则。 Ensure that the Hotel’s policy & procedures on the issuance of Security Passes are adhered to for all visitors including suppliers, contractors, part-timers, employees etc. 3. 礼貌地询问可疑的来访者，如果不能提供原因的有权拒绝其进入酒店，当有紧急情况发生时应请求帮助。 Question any suspicious character in a polite manner; Refuse entry if the subject is not able to provide reasonable reply; Request for assistance immediately if the situation arises.  任职资格：Qualification： 1. 有消防设备操作员中级证书。 Has a certificate for intermediate level in fire equipment operation. 2. 有的上进心、责任感与团队合作精神。 Aspiration，sense of responsibility and team spirit. 3. 身体素质良好，无犯罪前科。  Physical fitness, no previous convictions.

Security安全防损 Be responsible for the 24-hour duty of the supervision room, familiar with the alarm equipment of the monitoring center, can handle small equipment failures, and keep records of working conditions and equipment operation. 负责监控室24小时值班，熟悉监控中心的报警设备，能够处理小的设备故障，做好工作情况和设备运转情况记录。 Be familiar with hotel fire protection system and firefighting equipment, and verify the alarm immediately. Be able to use the various equipment of fire center properly and timely, keep a close eye on the various conditions displayed on the equipment, and report to the department head immediately. When fire alarm occurs, check the cause of the alarm and notify the relevant departments in time according to the alarm procedure developed by the hotel.
