Attendance出勤  Adhere to the set procedures for attendance and time keeping.  遵守出勤和考勤制度。  All changes on shift, i.e. annual leave, change leave, no pay leave, etc. should be approved by Loss Prevention (Asst.) 1. 完成防损部总监下达的各项工作任务,在总监不在时行使总监的职责。 2. 督导防损员和酒店的消防工作。 3. 对防损员进行岗位知识培训，并负责防损员消防知识培训。 4. 负责防损部夜间的查哨工作。 5. 处理当班时的突发事件和一般事件，对事件进行调查并完成事件报告。 6. 每班次至少巡查全酒店区域两遍，及时发现事故苗头，详细纪录所发现的安全隐患情况。 7. 做好政府要求的消防安全管理相关事宜工作。 8. 定期对防损员进行工作表现评估，及时将部门的思想动态上报防损总监。参加防损部每周工作例会。 9. 为预防安全隐患和紧急情况做准备，按时组织消防队的演习培训。 10. 指导和引导防损员处理各种突发事件。 11. 准时出席由人力资源部负责的内部培训，协助人力资源部对酒店所有员工消防知识、技能的培训。 12. 每月完成一份工作总结报告向防损总监汇报。

位职责： 1.服务意识强，热情周到，见到客人需主动问好，对乘车的宾客需要协助礼宾员一起服务宾客下车2.保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。 3.加强巡逻，发现可疑情况或遇突发情况，灵活应对，视情况处理，及时向上级报告。 4.一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时请示汇报。 5.一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。 6.有一年以上四/五星级酒店相关工作经验者优先考虑 7.持有保安证，消防监控证优先考虑。 岗位要求： 1.具有高中以上文化程度，或退伍军人优先。 2.处理事情要迅速，果断、准确。 3.具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。
