【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店消防控制室的日常监控工作，确保消防设施设备正常运行； 2、定期检查消防系统、报警设备及灭火器材，及时发现并处理故障； 3、严格执行消防安全管理制度，做好消防巡查记录，确保消防通道畅通； 4、在紧急情况下启动消防应急预案，协助疏散人员并配合相关部门处理突发事件； 5、参与酒店消防演练及培训，提高消防安全意识和应急处理能力； 6、协助完成上级交办的其他消防安全相关工作。 【岗位要求】 1、持有有效的消防设施操作员证； 2、具备基本的消防安全知识，熟悉消防设备操作及应急处理流程； 3、责任心强，工作细致，能够适应倒班工作制； 4、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神； 5、无不良记录，身体健康，能胜任岗位工作要求； 6、有酒店或物业消控工作经验者优先考虑。

岗位职责： 1、遵守酒店员工手册及酒店酒店的规章制度。 2、完成岗位工作任务，保障酒店、员工、客人的安全。 3、值守消防和监控设备，及时发现和处理各种报警。 4、发生火情时执行饭店的消防应急程序。 5、准确操作中控室的各种设备，处置发生在酒店及商业区的紧急情况。 岗位要求： 1、需持有消控证。 2、记录设备的报警信息，通知安保人员去确认。 3、发生火情时执行酒店的消防应急预案。 4、利用监控设备发现可疑情况和可疑人。 5、确认中控室的设备和其辅助设备处于良好工作状态。 6、妥善保管各部门寄存的钥匙，钥匙借领手续齐全。

Any the true fire alarm is received, step into thefire procedure as the Fire Disposal Chat. 观测监控消防信号，按规定操作设备。接到真实火情后，按消防应急方案立即启动火警程序。 Once any suspects or special status was foundby CCTV, report to the related person immediately. 通过监控设备发现可疑人及可疑情况，迅速通知有关人员处置。 Any safety device or equipment was found inbad order, inform Engineering of maintenance issue in order to keep the equipmentoperating smoothly. 发现安全设施设备故障，通知工程部维修保证设备正常运转。 Be responsible to check fire part, the firesecurity of project and handle the alarm 负责检查动火部位、施工现场消防安全、处理报警和烟感器故障。 Record problems during patrolling and report,examine and monitor with polite once find suspicious personnel and articles. 详细记录巡查过程中发现的问题，上报处理，发现可疑人员和事物要礼貌地进行盘查、监控。 High effectively deal with the problems onduty and report to duty supervisor or assistant safety & security managerimmediately when encountering difficulties. 灵活、果断地处理当班期间发生的问题，遇到处理不了的问题，立即报告当班主管或安全保障部副经理。 Make a record to the duty issues and eachshift records. 作好工作记录和交接班记录。 Keep workplace cleaned well. 保持本岗位的干净整洁。 Be familiar with current first aid and fireemergency procedures. 熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施。 The hotel business functions seven days aweek, 24 hours a day.
