【岗位职责】 1、在规定时间内做好区域卫生，检查吧台所有设备运行是否正常。 2、开班前检查头天营业所剩酒水的数目，并根据所需及时补充货源。 3、熟悉酒吧内所有酒水的货源、牌子及产地并知其口味，懂得其储藏方式，饮用方式以及鸡尾酒的调制方法。 4、负责吧台的日常和月盘点工作。 5、做好吧台设备、用品的保养使其正常运转。 【岗位要求】 1、具备一定的酒水、咖啡调制技能，有从事吧员工作经历优先考虑。 2、形象好，有一定的英语基础，能够按酒店规定的服务程序与标准，为宾客提供优质的服务。

To serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely and manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Also, to prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests, and act as cashier for the lounge. 礼貌、友好、周到、准时地对客人进行餐饮服务，努力使客人满意。同时，向客人推荐酒水，并进行酒廊的收银。 7. Confidently knowing the beverage menu contents and be able to explain them in detail to guests. 熟悉掌握酒水单并可以自如地向客人做以介绍。 8. Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis. This includes requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet. 保持吧台充足的日常供给，包括酒水、酒具等。 9. Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to insure product quality. 负责新鲜水果、蔬菜、配菜、果汁等的日常供给。 10. Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promotes and documents orders for drinks. Mixes, garnishes and presents drinks suing standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control. Check guests for proper identification. Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained. Demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws. 礼貌友好地问候客人，确保客人需要的酒水、酒具等能够符合标准地送到，核查客人的身份，训练有素地察觉到酒醉的客人，了解有关饮酒的法律知识。

Mixologist is required to conduct his/her duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with W Chengdu policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.调酒师需要在遵守酒店规章制度的前提下确保有礼貌的，安全的，高效的工作以提供高水准的服务。 The Mixologist actively participates as a team player to ensure unit cohesion.调酒师需要在团队中表现活跃，积极参与以提高团队凝聚力。 Mixologist ensures maximum guest satisfaction and ensures that established standards and procedures and adhered to at all time.
