【岗位职责】 1、统筹管理前厅部日常运营，确保接待、入住、退房等各环节服务标准执行到位 2、监督指导前台员工业务操作，定期组织服务技能培训与考核 3、处理VIP接待及突发事件，制定应急预案并确保妥善解决 4、审核房态报表、收入账目等运营数据，确保账务准确无误 5、维护前厅设备设施，协调工程部及时处理故障问题 6、建立服务质量监督机制，定期收集分析客户反馈意见 8、负责部门排班、绩效考核及团队建设工作 【岗位要求】 1、2年以上高星级酒店前厅工作经验，1年以上管理岗位经历 2、精通绿云、西软等酒店管理系统操作 3、出色的客户关系处理能力，具备危机公关意识 4、能适应弹性工作制，节假日及旺季期间需值班
