1. With the efficient and professional service ofRB&E, while ensuring guests receive optimum service in accordance with thestandards, policies and procedures of this hotel and Niccolo Way.

2. Ensure the delivery of brand promise and provideexceptional guest service at all times.
确保遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
3. Present menu to guest, answer guest inquiriesand offer food, beverage and service suggestion.
向客人呈送菜单,回答客人问询并为客人提供关于食品、饮料及服务的建议。
4. Make order according to the procedures set andserve guests food and drink.
根据所定的程序接受点菜并为客人服务食品及饮料。
5. Fully conversant with all aspects of theInfrasys System.
完全了解电脑系统的各方面。
6. Record the guest order and provide products andservices, without undue delay.
记录客人点菜并及时提供产品和服务,不得无故延误。
7. Ensure well prepare before the meal according torequirement and operation need.
确保根据要求和运作需要做好餐前准备工作。
8. Ensure that the outlet is kept clean andorganized, both at the front as well as the back of house.
清洁并重新摆设餐台和餐桌。
9. Ensure that all cups are clean and light.
确保所有杯具的光亮、洁净。
10. Carry out any other reasonable duties andresponsibilities as assigned.

任职资格:
1. High Schoolgraduate or above, hotel Management or equivalent.
高中及以上学历,酒店管理相关专业。
2. 1 years relatedexperience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
一年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
