【岗位职责】 1、服从上级的工作安排； 2、按照行李服务流程和要求，为抵离客人提供行李搬运服务，并将每次运送情况做好记录； 3、协助做好大堂寻人服务和在大堂放置各类告示牌，及时撤换过期的告示牌并搬至指定的存放地点； 4、做好行李服务设备的清洁工作； 5、按照服务流程迎送客人； 6、维护出入车辆秩序，保证上下客车位和车道畅通； 7、准确回答客人的询问，主动做好服务工作； 8、下雨天，为上下车客人撑伞，并为客提供雨具存放及保管，并提供借伞服务； 9、熟悉酒店各种服务项目和营业时间，向客人推销酒店的各项服务，介绍酒店客房设施。了解本市交通、商业、旅游等方面资料； 10、受理客人行李寄存及领取，并做好详细的存取记录。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上学历，具有1年以上从事前厅服务工作经历； 2、工作认真、作风细致、吃苦耐劳、反应灵活。

吃苦耐劳、具有服务意识和良好的语言表达能力，有相关经验者优先 服务包括但不限于中餐服务、西餐服务、日餐服务等

岗位职责： 1、负责西厨房日常运营管理，确保菜品出品质量、口味及摆盘符合酒店标准 2、根据菜单需求合理分配工作任务，与厨师团队高效完成备餐及出品 3、严格把控食品卫生安全，监督执行厨房5S管理制度 4、控制食材成本与损耗 5、负责厨房设备维护保养及原材料管理 6、培训指导初级厨师，提升团队专业技能与服务意识 岗位要求： 1、具备扎实的自助餐烹饪功底，熟悉主流西餐菜系制作 2、2年以上西厨房工作经验 3、持有健康证及视频安全管理员证优先录用 4、能适应轮班轮休工作制，抗压能力强 5、具备成本管控意识与团队协作精神 6、英语基础沟通能力者优先考虑
