工作职责:
·Manage ADD and Room Service operations.
负责西餐厅和送餐部运作。
·Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures. Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue.
设定部门目标,工作计划,预算和规章制度。推动销售达到收益最大化。
·Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and guests in order to exceed their needs. Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuousimprovement.
与所有的酒店客人建立并保持积极的关系;评估客户满意度并持续改善。
·Implement working schedule based on forecast, banquet reservation, group and VIP arrivals.
根据预测、宴会预订、团体餐的安排及重要宾客的人数来安排工作。
·Record sales, complaints, solutions and equipment.
做好销售、宾客投诉、解决办法及相关人才、设备的记录。
· To ensure that all Departmental Operations Manual are prepared andupdated.
确保准备和更新所有餐饮部门运作手册。
·Assist to make menu and beverage menu’s price policy.
参与菜单、酒水单的制定及定价。
·Recruit, manage, train and develop the Restaurant team.
招聘、管理、培训和发展餐厅团队成员。
职位要求:
· Goodoral and written communication skills
良好的口头及书面沟通能力
· Min 5-year experience in hotel engineering operation insimilar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain
至少5年酒店相关运做经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
· Associatedegree or above
全日制大专(含)以上学历
· Experiencedin all aspects of restaurants service
