Responsible for the administration and operations ofall Food and Beverage venues ensuring maintenance of standards and maximumprofitability. Ensuring all Asset Management is adhering strictly adhere to asper Finance Asset Management Policy & Procedures.

1. Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to theGeneral Manager to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment
