【岗位职责】 1、协助厨师长管理厨房日常运作，确保菜品质量与出餐效率； 2、负责监督厨房各岗位（切配、炒制、冷菜等）的工作流程与操作规范； 3、参与新菜品的研发与试制，提出改进建议并优化现有菜单； 4、控制食材成本与损耗，定期盘点库存并制定采购计划； 5、处理厨房突发问题（如设备故障、客诉菜品质量等），及时协调解决； 6、培训新入职厨师，提升团队整体技能水平； 7、配合厨师长完成厨房卫生与安全管理工作，确保符合餐饮行业标准。 【岗位要求】 1、酒店管理、烹饪工艺与营养等相关专业优先； 2、具备3年以上厨房工作经验，其中至少1年担任厨师或核心岗位经验； 3、熟悉铁板烹饪技法及厨房管理流程； 4、具备较强的团队协作能力与问题解决能力，能适应高强度工作环境； 5、熟练使用厨房设备（如炒锅、蒸箱、切配工具等），具备基础设备维护知识。
